INGREDIENTS
- 1 teaspoon coffee powder.
- 1 teaspoon of honey ( manuka honey recommended, if not 100% pure honey )
- 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice.
Take one teaspoon of coffee powder and add it in a small bowl. Make sure that coffee is a powder and there is no lumps. Then add one teaspoon of lemon juice and mix again. The consistency should be thick, but not too much. It should come right off the spoon, but slowly. Lastly spread evenly across your face avoiding eyebrows. Make sure to tie hair up before doing this. Leave the face mask on for up to 20 -30 minutes. Do this twice a week for best results within a month.
BENEFITS
Coffee reduces puffiness as it is high in antioxidant properties. It also helps increase circulation. Lemon juice reduces wrinkles, but DO NOT add more than 1/2 teaspoon. The side effects of too much lemon juice can damage your skin and kill good bacteria.
Honey has natural antibacterial properties that prevent acne and add a glowing look to the skin. It is also used for aging, slowing it down, creating a natural and attractive look.
