ANTI BLOATING DETOX WATER

INGREDIENTS


  • 3-5 slices of fresh cucumber.
  • 1/2 small lemon sliced.
  • 1/4 o orange sliced.
  • A few fresh mint leaves.
  • 24 oz of ice cold water.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1.  Keep in mind that the more you refill your jug, glass or bottle with the same fruits, the more diluted and less nutrient-dense the fruit becomes.
  2. So I would recommend that after 2 or 3 refills, dump it and replace with fresh cuts to make sure you get all the vitamins and minerals you need.
  3. I also wouldn't leave the fruits in there for more than 24 hours before changing it.
