The acidity of apple cider vinegar is what damaged hair needs. It closes the hair follicles and flattens the cuticle. This gives hair shine and hardens its surface, making it resistant to damage.
PREPARATION
Mix 2 cups of water with 2-4 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar ( you should start with 2 and add more next time to check if it works better for you). You can add also 2 drops of a good quality lavender essential oil.
APPLICATION
After washing your hair as normal, pour then rinse over. Leave it for 1-2 minutes and rinse off. Watch out that the mixture won't get into your eyes.
Repeat this treatment as often as you feel is good for you. For some hair it may be twice a week, for others every two weeks. For general, oily hair needs it more than dry one.
