MILK
This is an age-old formula for healthy and radiant skin. Many legends say that cleopatra's beauty routine always incorporated honey and milk. Raw milk contains skin friendly ingredients such as saturated fat, protein, calcium, and vitamin C. Honey is also known for its moisturizing and antibacterial properties.
Step 1: Mix 2 teaspoons milk, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon gram flour to form a homogenous paste.
Step 2: Apply all over the face and leave it on for 20 minutes. Allow the pack to dry.
Step 3: Rinse off with warm water.
Note: Apply this twice a week.
SAFFRON
Saffron has been used since ancient times to maintain clear and naturally glowing skin. Its antioxidants keep the skin healthy and it also protects the skin from sun damage.
Step 1: Soak the saffron strands in the honey for a couple of minutes.
Step 2: Apply this honey on the face and neck.
Step 3: Rinse after 10 minutes.
Note: Apply saffron-infused honey three to four times in a week.
PAPAYA
Ripen papaya contains papain, an enzyme that acts as a mild exfoliator. This gently removes the top layer of dead cells on the face and makes your skin radiant and younger looking. It also clears the dirt and oil that can lead to acne and breakouts in the face.
Multani mitti absorbs the excess oil from the skin and makes it soft and supple. Honey is a natural moisturizer and will hydrate the skin. It also reduces the blemishes on the skin. This pack acts as a skin firming and anti-aging face pack.
Step 1: Take a ripe papaya and cut it into a small pieces.
Step 2: Add the sandalwood powder or fuller's earth and honey to it.
Step 3: Mix all of them to get a paste like consistency . Apply it all over your face and neck.
Step 4: Keep it on for 20 minutes and then rinse with cool water.
Note: Do this once every week.
